Help me to do it myself” — this is my guid­ing prin­ci­ple. I’ve learned and expe­ri­enced that over­all per­for­mance of an organ­i­sa­tion is not decid­ed by how well every­one is doing their jobs in iso­la­tion but how well the indi­vid­ual per­form­ers play togeth­er. Under­stand­ing our organ­i­sa­tions, our way of work­ing, our moti­va­tions and the ones of our col­leagues are one impor­tant step to achieve this. As a pas­sion­ate agile prac­ti­tion­er, very pos­i­tive and opti­mistic, I love to see teams suc­ceed where they may have been strug­gling before, help them improve and enjoy their work. Hav­ing the skill and curios­i­ty to under­take a sys­temic explo­ration of the entire organ­i­sa­tion, I see my role as an Agile Coach, to be a sup­port­ing one for the organ­i­sa­tion to be led through trust.
